Creme de Banana

5 ripe bananas
5 cups vodka
zest of 1/2 lemon

Let sit for 1 week shaking daily

Strain

Add 1 c 100 proof vodka

Let sit 1 more week, strained

Add 1 1/2 cups simply syrup (see recipe)

Made 4 cups
