Wild Blackberry Brandy

3 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp lemon juice
3 cups brandy

Let sit 3 weeks, strain

Add 2 cups brandy
Add 1 cup simple syrup (see recipe)

Came out fabulous
