Lime Liqueur

Zest of 10 limes
Juice of 2.5 limes
1 cup 100 proof Vodka
1 cup regular Vodka
zest of 1/4 lemon
1 tsp lemon juice

Let steep 2 weeks
Strain
Add 3/4 cup simple syrup

Added 1/2 cup 100 proof and 1/2 cup regular after straining
